it is an amazing place. Colorful, friendly, and exotic. After a few hours Chinese class with Bing, I am now able to go shopping in Chinatown, in Chinese. :) I love learning and speaking Chinese Mandarin.--Mike

"Face" is very important for Chinese. Chinese do not like confronting or offfending the others. Nor do they want to be confronted or offended, especially in a front of a group. Being responded with an unreserved, direct "no" is considered "losing face", which is considered a disgrace to Chinese,

To your Chinese partners, colleagues or friends, try to express "no" in an inderect way. For example, "This (your idea) is brilliant. We will used it when our company is expanded to the next stage". You said no in tactfully and give them "face" without making them lose "face".
